Warranty

Proof of purchase is required against manufacturing defect warranty.

General

"925" means 925.co.nz. "Products" means the product and or services supplied by 925 to the Customer. "Customer" means the user or entity purchasing the Products.

Payment terms

All payments must be made within 7 days of checkout, otherwise 925 reserved the right to cancel the order without prior notice. Payment methods including Internet Banking and Credit Card through Paypal secure payment system.

 

Prices

All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollar and GST inclusive. The purchase price for the products is as per 925’s website quoted price, which is current at the time when Customer places the order/online checkout for the products. 925 may alter its prices without prior notice.

 

Freight and Insurance

Items purchased through 925 website are usually shipped within the next working day after receipt of payment. Customer MUST refer to "Delivery" section for further details before check out.

 

Stock Items and Back-Orders

All products are subject to availability. Back-Order items will be shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the manufacturer / distributor. Please take shipping time into consideration.

 

Liability

925 will not be liable for loss, damage or injury to the Customer or to any other person or to the property of the Customer or any other person arising out of the use or possession of the Products. No warranty is expressed or implied as to the quality or fitness of the Products for any particular purpose or otherwise.

 

Errors and Omissions

925 endeavours to provide the most current and accurate information on our website including stock levels, however, we cannot be responsible for any errors in pricing and stock levels. 925 reserves the right to correct any error or omission in any prices, fees, charges, quotation, advertising at any time without prior notice or liability to you or any other person.

 

Ownership and title

Ownership and title of the Products do not pass to the Customer until payment in full to 925. 925 reserves the right to collect unpaid products by peaceful means.

 

Damage to your computer

925 make every effort to ensure that our website is free from viruses or defects. However, 925 cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that of screen out anything that may damage it. 925 will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

925 treats privacy issue seriously and strives to protect the privacy and security of all clients, supplier and subscribers.

 

Governing Law

The contract and its terms are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute under them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.

Send via Couriers/New Zealand Post
Package normally deliver by ParcelPost Tracked of New Zealand Post, New Zealand Couriers and Fastway Courier. You will provided with a link to track your package online. 925 reserve the right to indicate the carrier company.

 

Overseas Customer:
Send via New Zealand Post

Please DO leave us your contact phone number as this is often required by New Zealand Post.

General Information for Overseas Customer:
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient may be subject to import taxes, customs fees and duties...etc, all these additional charges are borne by the recipient.
